MyOHR's services span four core areas: HR compliance (wage and hour law, workplace posting requirements, on-site HR audits), HR infrastructure (employee handbooks, personnel files, onboarding and separation processes, leave management under FMLA, CFRA, and PDL), workplace training programs (sexual harassment prevention, workplace violence prevention, ethics, and professional development), and ongoing HR triage support for day-to-day employee relations issues.
MyOHR works alongside a network of Bay Area co-founders and partners who extend its reach into employee benefits and insurance advisory: Greg Yoder leads the firm's Benefits practice; Mark Parelius of Parelius Insurance Services brings nearly two decades of business insurance experience; and Ron Bland of AEIS (Advanced Estate and Insurance Services) offers over 25 years of insurance and estate planning expertise as a Million Dollar Round Table member. Jaime Orendac, SPHR-CA, SHRM-SCP, has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field, working for such Silicon Valley companies as IBM, Elantec, and Cisco Systems. Her corporate generalist background includes responsibilities for employment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, company policies and procedures and Federal/State regulation compliance.

Ron Bland is an accomplished insurance professional with over 25 years experience managing insurance services. Ron understands a business owner’s perspective, which allows Ron to create plans to maximize coverage while limiting client costs. He is active on various “Agent Input” councils. Ron is also an exclusive member of the Million Dollar Round Table, having achieved the top of the table status reflecting the top 1% of all life/health agents. He was born in the Bay Area, and attended San Francisco State University where he graduated with honors.

Greg Yoder, a lifelong resident of Silicon Valley, graduated from University of Santa Clara in 1982 with a degree in Economics. Greg now heads up the Benefits practice. Professionally, Greg has been active in the National Association of Health Underwriters and actively participates in various community organizations: Silicon Valley Young Life, the Downtown San Jose Rotary Club.
